How we maintain this register

  • Each policy owner schedules an annual review, or sooner if regulation or practice changes.
  • Version numbers update when substantive changes are approved by the Board or safeguarding lead.
  • Historic versions are retained for audit and assurance; superseded copies are marked as archived.
  • Urgent safeguarding or safety notices are published immediately and incorporated at the next formal review.
