Privacy & data handling
Participant details are limited to what is necessary; files are shared via
secure storage with time-limited links. Personal data is handled in line with the Privacy Policy and
Data Retention schedule.
Technical readiness
Facilitators test connections, accessibility features, and backup dial-in
options before sessions. Contingency plans cover platform outages and redirect participants to
approved alternatives.
