The Wartime Maritime Memorial Association C.I.C. (WMMA) is supported by a range of individuals and organisations who share its commitment to the preservation of wartime maritime heritage, public education, and community engagement.
From time to time, WMMA C.I.C. receives financial or in-kind support from commercial organisations whose activities align with the Association’s community interest objectives.
Falconis Solutions Ltd has provided financial support to WMMA C.I.C. in the form of an unrestricted contribution of £1,200, applied towards grant-based and charitable activities furthering the Association’s stated community interest purposes.
In addition, Falconis Solutions Ltd provides the website software used by WMMA C.I.C. to support its membership systems and digital archive platforms. This includes the technical platform underpinning WMMA’s archival and public-engagement activities, such as the Operation Dynamo digital archive (for example, www.operationdynamo.navy).
Falconis Solutions Ltd is wholly owned by Gary Fletcher, who is also a director of WMMA C.I.C. This relationship has been formally declared and managed in accordance with WMMA C.I.C.’s governance arrangements. All decisions relating to the acceptance or use of support are managed to ensure transparency, independence, and the avoidance of any personal financial benefit.
All funding and technical support received by WMMA C.I.C. is applied solely in furtherance of its community interest objectives and is overseen in accordance with applicable CIC reporting and governance requirements.
