Platform standards
Access to learning tools and file storage uses strong authentication and
least-privilege permissions. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with routine patching and
monitoring.
Moderation & takedown
User submissions are moderated for safety, dignity, and accuracy. Harmful or
discriminatory content is removed; incidents are logged and escalated using the Incident Reporting
procedure and, where necessary, to platforms or authorities.
