Complaints & Whistleblowing

We value feedback and take concerns seriously. This policy explains how to raise a complaint or whistleblowing concern, how it will be investigated, and the protections in place for those who speak up.

Informal resolution

Where possible, concerns should be discussed promptly with the relevant lead to seek a quick, respectful resolution. All informal concerns are logged for learning.

Formal stages

  • Stage 1: Written complaint to the Board Secretary with evidence and desired outcome.
  • Stage 2: Investigation by a Director not previously involved; response issued with findings.
  • Stage 3: Appeal to the Chair or independent advisor where appropriate.

Whistleblowing protections

Disclosures made in the public interest are protected. We do not tolerate victimisation of whistleblowers. Anonymous reports are accepted, though providing contact details helps us investigate and respond.
