Inclusion

Equality, Inclusion & Participant Rights

We welcome people from all backgrounds. This policy sets out our commitment to non-discrimination, accessibility, and meaningful participation in line with Duke of Edinburgh and UK equality standards.

Our commitments

  • Zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, bullying, or victimisation.
  • Respect for gender identity, faith, disability, neurodiversity, and socio-economic background.
  • Clear routes to raise concerns without fear of reprisal.

Access & adjustments

We offer reasonable adjustments, flexible delivery formats, and accessible venues wherever possible. Planning includes dietary needs, communication preferences, and equipment adaptations to enable participation.

Voice & representation

Participants are invited to give feedback on programme design, safeguarding arrangements, and accessibility. We publish summary actions from reviews and integrate learning into staff and volunteer training.
