Our commitments
- Zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, bullying, or victimisation.
- Respect for gender identity, faith, disability, neurodiversity, and socio-economic background.
- Clear routes to raise concerns without fear of reprisal.
Inclusion
We welcome people from all backgrounds. This policy sets out our commitment to non-discrimination, accessibility, and meaningful participation in line with Duke of Edinburgh and UK equality standards.
We offer reasonable adjustments, flexible delivery formats, and accessible venues wherever possible. Planning includes dietary needs, communication preferences, and equipment adaptations to enable participation.
Participants are invited to give feedback on programme design, safeguarding arrangements, and accessibility. We publish summary actions from reviews and integrate learning into staff and volunteer training.
